- Acutally, I partially solved my problem by opening up the Amiga and seeing
- where everything was plugged in (also, if I were to RTFM some of my
- problem might have been solved). The MultiFaceCard has two 26-pin
- connectors labelled "SER0" and "SER1". The pinouts from SER0 are also
- wired in parallel to the 9-pin serial output (which is labelled "SER0b").
- When I had originally installed the MFC, I connected SER0 with the
- external 25-pin serial output. Changing the connector from SER0 to SER1
- has allowed me use of my modem again by selecting duart.device unit 1.
-
- Now, everything works fine, whether the Tandy is plugged into the
- null-modem or not. However, I still can't seem to get the Tandy and the
- Amiga to communicate through the null-modem. Hmph.
